This is a STANDARD at Roninova, and let’s keep it that way by keeping everyone knowledgeable and aware.
Jiu-Jitsu is a close contact sport. Good hygiene helps prevent infections and keeps everyone safe.

1️⃣ Come to class clean with clean gear.
2️⃣ Trim your nails.
3️⃣ Tie long hair back and remove jewelry.
4️⃣ Keep an eye out for skin blemishes & address them quickly. You might need to stay home.
5️⃣ After class;
• Shower as soon as possible
• Wash your gear immediately
• Never reuse dirty gear
• Let your equipment dry properly

So proud of our kids team this weekend 💜

Watching Chloe, Romel, Samy, Hinatea and Manatea step onto the mats for their first competition took real bravery, heart and resilience. You all represented the team amazingly and supported each other the whole way through.

We also want to highlight our adults, Olivier and Tetsuro. The results weren’t what we aimed for, but your hard work and dedication showed on the mats. We’ll learn, adjust and come back stronger together.
