Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes things come up and plans change. If you need to cancel your membership, please email us at info@roninova.ca, with the subject title: 'cancellation'. Try to let us know at least 2-3 days in advance. This allows us to make arrangements and the necessary cancellations.
